The City of Surrey engaged Moonraker to develop a customized communications toolkit for the Surrey Urban Indigenous Leadership Committee (SUILC). The goal was to raise awareness – among Aboriginal, First Nations and Métis, government and donors – about its organization and the vital role it plays in connecting and building community for all Indigenous people in Surrey. Our plan included a guide for speaking with important stakeholders about SUILC.
